Thriving in the Academy series

The Office of Faculty Advancement and the Division of Diversity and Innovation are pleased to invite you to participate in a monthly workshop series Thriving in the Academy.

Featuring curriculum from the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity, the workshop series is designed for SDSU faculty from all colleges to support productivity and advancement, foster cross-campus networking, and provide a space for faculty to share and learn together. Using excerpts of NCFDD webinars and hands-on, interactive activities, you will walk away with tangible products and strategies designed to help you thrive in the academy.

The monthly, interactive workshops will explore a range of key topics including: strategic planning to support research/scholarly productivity (10/16), fostering writing/productivity practice (11/13), managing stress (12/11), mastering time management (02/12), cultivating mentors and networks (03/18), and engaging in healthy conflict (04/15).

You are welcome to attend all, some, or one of the workshops.
