The Aztec Adaptive Sports mission is to ensure students of all levels of ability have access to fitness and athletic programming, from recreational to elite, at San Diego State University, and a community of support around them. The goal of the Aztec Adaptive Sports Registered Student Organization is to educate and introduce the SDSU community to adaptive sports, as we strive to build the first collegiate level adaptive sports program on the west coast.
The Harambee Scholars Program supports SDSU's Equity Diveristy and Inclusion Strategic
Plan. The program guides students toward making connections with on-campus faculty,
staff, departments and student organizations. The program builds community while creating
positive academic, social and professional experiences for students. The program is
founded on the theme of Black Excellence and embraces all areas of the African Diaspora
at San Diego State University.
