Mission Statement

The mission of the IAFS is to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment at SDSU for individuals interested in issues facing the Iranian-American community.

Goals and Objectives

There are three main objectives of IAFS. These objectives include:

I. BUILDING a community of Iranian-Americans through networking, mentoring, coaching, recruiting and volunteering opportunities on campus
II. FOSTERING career development and professional learning for IAFS members
III. PROMOTING Iranian-American culture and contributions across campus in an effort to drive awareness, inclusivity and anti-harassment
